Project Overview This project aims to redesign and rebuild the agencys internal intranet site to improve its usability, accessibility, and functionality. The new intranet will serve as a central hub for internal communication, resources, and business operations across key functional areas. 2. Objectives Deliver a modern, user-friendly intranet design that reflects the agencys brand and enhances employee engagement. Implement secure authentication and access control using Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). Build structured and easily navigable content areas for the following core business functions: Policies and Procedures Human Resources Procurement and Contracts Communications and Marketing Information Technology 3. Scope of Work The contractor will: Conduct a discovery phase that includes stakeholder interviews and current state analysis. Design a responsive and accessible intranet user interface that aligns with state or agency branding guidelines. Implement Microsoft Azure AD authentication for seamless user access and role-based permissions. Build out content templates and navigation for the identified core functional areas. Migrate existing content where applicable and assist with content organization. Provide training and documentation for content editors and administrators. 4.
