MUST HAVE: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS Proficiency with Sitecore versions 7, 8.2, and 9 Experience with Sitecore Commerce Connect B2C eCommerce Experience Background in large-scale B2C web environments Job Description: Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sitecore Fullstack Engineer to join the team at JetBlue Airways. This role will leverage your expertise in Sitecore CMS and full stack development skills to build innovative, scalable digital solutions. You will collaborate with designers, business users, and external consultants to help bring JetBlue's digital vision to life using the Sitecore Enterprise CMS platform. Responsibilities: Sitecore CMS Design: Participate in key design decisions for the Sitecore CMS environment. Development & Configuration: Build reusable code and libraries to ensure efficient and maintainable web development. UI/UX Implementation: Implement engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with design specifications and ensure technical feasibility. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and robust security. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate development efforts. Quality Assurance: Plan, design, develop, test, and maintain website look and flow, ensuring high quality. Graphic Enhancement: Assist in the design and enhancement of digitized images and graphics to improve site appearance. Required Skills & Experience: U.S. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience working for U.S. companies. Development Proficiency: Experience with Sitecore MVC web applications using .NET and C# Strong skills in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and responsive web design Experience with web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms Familiarity with the Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern Additional Technical Skills: Experience with mobile development and/or mobile-first responsive design Proficiency in Scrum/Agile software development methodologies Strong understanding of client-side scripting and advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks Experience with asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX Experience with image authoring tools and debugging production-level code Familiarity with automated build tools, code management, and continuous integration Architectural Insight: Past experience with architectural patterns for large, high-scale B2C web or mobile applications is essential.
