Job Title: SailPoint Automation Engineer (User Access Review Automation Specialist) Location: Remote Duration: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow Engineer with expertise in User Access Review to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to design, implement, administer, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions, with a focus on user access review processes. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of user access review process principles (Audit Framework understanding), and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities and Required Skills: Design and implement SailPoint Automation solutions for user access review and certification processes. Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, and policies to automate user access review and certification activities. Application On-boarding for built-in and custom connectors including development of application rules, before and after provisioning rules (User Access Review). Build, configure, and customize connectors to integrate with target systems. Implement workflows, certifications, and access review processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless deployment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SailPoint Automation issues related to user access review tasks. Analyze and resolve issues related to identity synchronization, provisioning/Deprovisioning, and governance. Perform integration with external systems using APIs, RESTful services, and custom connectors. Experience in SailPoint with development/support background. Good to have knowledge in IdentityAI SaaS application Experience in developing/executing SQL and Power queries for automation. Experience in implementing, configuring, reviewing user access, and certification for SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow. In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including role-based access control, entitlement management, and access governance. Strong understanding of security principles, regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA etc.). Familiarity with integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, and other enterprise systems. Knowledge of cloud identity and access management platforms (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications and Experience Required: Any Graduate, Information Technology, or related field. Candidate should have experience implementing SailPoint Access Review Automation. Relevant SailPoint certifications Good verbal and written communication.
