Please response me on my official email - [email protected] Job Title: OCM/Change Management Consultant with Oracle CC&B with Utilities experience Location: Atlanta, GA, Need local candidates of GA - Hybrid Onsite/Travel: If local, candidate must be willing to work onsite 1 day/week. If not local, up to 25% travel required (expenses reimbursed) Must have Description Will be responsible for evaluating and documenting change impacts, identifying communication and training needs and collaborating with program team members and stakeholders to ensure complete organizational readiness (OR) activities. Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate applications to understand business impacts and organizational readiness activities Develop and implement Change Management plans that include communication strategies, training programs, and support mechanisms to facilitate smooth transitions from the program to business stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation for application changes, training, and business readiness needs in a consolidated Edge/Channel OR Tracker. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the impact of people, process, or technology changes Identify inefficiencies and process gaps as it relates to OR for the edge and channel applications Must Have Qualifications 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus. Knowledge of Prosci or other Change Management methodologies is a plus Strong experience in the utilities industry and Oracle applications including Customer Care & Billing (CC&B, C2M).
