The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules with a proven track record of leading successful Oracle HCM implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs. Provide technical and functional guidance across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Compensation modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations. Design and oversee integration strategies between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications. Ensure data security, compliance, and reporting strategies are implemented effectively. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts. Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership on Oracle HCM best practices. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project deliverables are met on time. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in Oracle HCM solutions with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Compensation). Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS for integration with third-party systems. Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Payroll, and Talent Management. Experience with configuration, workflows, security, and reporting in Oracle HCM Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus. Experience with PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud migration is a plus. Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
