Previous Workday implementation or support required. The consultant should possess strong knowledge of Workday, with experience configuring and supporting HCM, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent, Onboarding, Payroll, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Procurement, Expense Management, Business Assets, Customer Accounts, Banking and Settlement, Accounts Payable, Integrations, Report Writing, and Prism. Contractors Role: Will serve in a technology role to implement Workdays previously mentioned modules. Consultant will review current SAP as is business processes, the configuration in the Foundation tenant, and understand desired changes for the implementation and the to be state. They will consult on solution/best practice and help in the configuration and implementation of solutions. In addition, the consultant will aid in testing, development of a training plan, development of a Change Management plan, creation and implementation of several custom reports, aid in the launch of the Production Support model, and participate and possibly lead both data conversion and data warehousing efforts. Will be responsible for appropriate functional and technical guidance and consulting throughout the lifecycle of the project, including design, impact analysis, configuration, security, testing and implementation. Qualifications (must haves): Bachelors degree Workday HCM/FIN solution architect with previous experience implementing or supporting multiple Workday modules Additional experience supporting or implementing US Payroll. Adept at testing and troubleshooting integration issues and defining requirements for new integrations Experience loading data with Workday EIBs Strong Report Writing and Prism skills Strong consulting and communication skills needed to work with HR/FIN leaders and partners and review and prioritize work and offer solutions Ability to work well with business subject matter experts and technical resources to deliver work on time according to project schedule.
