Job Title: Anaplan Lead Developer Location: Remote Job Type: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Anaplan Implementation & Development: Lead the development and implementation of complex financial models within Anaplan, including integration with other enterprise systems, ensuring the solution meets business requirements. Full-Cycle Implementations: Manage and deliver at least two full-cycle Anaplan implementations, from blueprinting to design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Financial Planning Systems Expertise: Leverage deep experience in financial planning systems (e.g., BPC, BPS, Hyperion) to create scalable and high-performance solutions that meet business and financial objectives. Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, particularly SAP landscape (SAP BW, SAP ECC), into Anaplan, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of data flows. Anaplan Model Building: Design and build complex, scalable, and efficient Anaplan models, ensuring best practices are followed in terms of performance optimization, model scalability, and user accessibility. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to define financial planning requirements and translate them into Anaplan models that align with business objectives. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Anaplan developers, providing guidance on technical best practices, model design, and problem-solving. Documentation & Training: Prepare technical documentation and user guides, and deliver training to end-users on Anaplan functionalities and best practices. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support to resolve issues and improve performance, leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot and address complex issues in Anaplan models. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Anaplan features and best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Anaplan environment. Required Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 5 years in Anaplan development and configuration. Full-Cycle Implementations : Proven experience in leading and delivering 2 full-cycle Anaplan implementations. Financial Planning Systems Expertise : Over 5 years of experience with financial planning systems such as BPC, BPS, Hyperion, or equivalent platforms. Anaplan Certified Solution Architect : Certification at L1, L2, or L3 (required). SAP Integration : Experience integrating SAP landscape (such as SAP BW, SAP ECC) with Anaplan is a significant plus. Technical Expertise : Strong skills in Anaplan model building, data integration, financial planning, and reporting. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Anaplan models. Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
