The EPS will also help to create process, operational efficiencies, and support the development of the team. Preferred candidate is a strategic problem solver who can lead and work with cross-functional teams. Team member must be organized, detail oriented, and collaborative with strong prioritization and communication skills. Description Create, manage, expedite, and process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Manufacturer Change Orders (MCOs) Maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs), AMLs (Approved Manufacturers List) and part numbers for multiple projects Review and approve ECOs, providing feedback to teams when necessary Communicate BOM status within the development team while driving timely part releases and corresponding documentation Work with cross functional partners to obtain information required for the BOM and planning Work on multiple projects concurrently Manage development distribution units for all build phases Perform risk analysis, Redlining, and track changes to support the development cycle Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in related field. 3+ years of related experience. Extensive understanding of manufacturing processes, configuration management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and management of multi-level Bill of material (BOM) structures. Proficiency in PLM tools and MS Excel/similar tools. Unparalleled multi-tasking abilities, must be able to manage, organize and maintain large quantities of data. Preferred Qualifications Have an understanding of complex Bills of Materials and documentation experience. Experience with Agile. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team. Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive and fast-paced environment. Off-hour support required via email, phone, or WebEx as needed.
