Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba process solutions, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of the Procure to Pay process. Assist in process design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Ariba modules, including Ariba Buying, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Contract Invoicing and Spend Analytics. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, leveraging SAP Ariba capabilities andor integrations while staying within industry best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing any issues related to the SAP Ariba platform. Provide insight into effective change management for Ariba implementation with internal and external organizations Participate in implementation planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery and maximizing the value of the Ariba products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements. drive project milestones and deliverables. Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals. Function as a liaison between the business and technical teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with a strong work ethic. 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP Ariba modules, preferably on behalf of a retail corporation. Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, particularly in Indirect Procurement. Proficiency in SAP Ariba solutions, including Ariba Buying, Guided Buying, Contract Compliance, Supplier Performance and Spend Analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical resources. Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and promote the adoption of change in process. Familiarity with SAP S4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus. Knowledge of SAP ERP and OpenText VIM systems is beneficial.
