Design and implement solutions in SFDC Service Cloud and SFDC Sales Cloud. Ensure seamless data flow through SFDC Integration. Customize and configure SFDC Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement. Develop and customize Salesforce applications to align with business needs. Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and refine business requirements. Align Salesforce solutions with business objectives and operational goals. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Salesforce implementations. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications. Develop and maintain documentation for all Salesforce configurations and customizations. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Required Qualifications: Proven background in Functional Analysis with a focus on Salesforce platforms. Extensive experience with SFDC Service Cloud, SFDC Sales Cloud, and SFDC Integration. Proficiency in SFDC Experience Cloud, SFDC Data, and SFDC Development & Customization. Strong expertise in SFDC Customization and Configuration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success in implementing Salesforce solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote work model. Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Independent work ethic and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
