Close Collaboration: Product Owners, Executive Sponsors, Global Delivery, Enterprise Arch Cabinet Governance over Enterprise Platform Transformation Vision Execution Large scale oversight of Platform Transformation Accountable for a Digital technology workstream delivering features and capabilities across Web and Mobile Act as a single point of contact within Technology for the Digital workstream, Co-ordinating activity between development, integration, testing and deployment teams Fosters strong relationships with Digital Product Managers and Owners to promote customer satisfaction and growth. Aligns with, collaborates and influences business and IT leaders. Manages the Roadmap and backlog for implementing new features for the Digital Platform. Accountable for all appropriate risk and security measures for the Digital Channels workstream As an Application Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple software projects and ensuring project milestones are met on schedule. You must have a solid understanding of software project delivery, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive developers to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee multiple software application development projects simultaneously (50-100 projects) Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with development teams, setting clear expectations and timelines. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and leadership. Monitor project performance, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Implement best practices in software development project management. Required Qualifications:Proven experience managing multiple software/application development projects. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Experience managing remote development teams and distributed workflows. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Strong ability to drive teams to meet deadlines and project milestones. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
