Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow
HRSD Advisory Lead Consultant to lead the implementation, strategy, and optimization of ServiceNow
HRSD solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HR technology, process automation, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. This role involves working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of
HRSD solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow
HRSD, advising clients on best practices, roadmap planning, and HR digital transformation strategies.

Work with HR and IT leadership to align HR service delivery goals with ServiceNow capabilities.

Conduct assessments of current HR processes and recommend improvements through automation and self-service capabilities.
Lead ServiceNow
HRSD implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Define workflows, case management structures, and employee service experiences using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

Ensure integration with other enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft).

Configure Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Case and Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and other
HRSD modules.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR teams and end-users on ServiceNow
HRSD functionalities.

Drive user adoption through change management strategies.
Establish governance frameworks for managing
HRSD workflows, security, and compliance.

Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.

Stay updated on ServiceNow
HRSD product releases and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:

5+ years of experience in HR Technology consulting with a focus on ServiceNow
HRSD.

Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow
HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Knowledge Management.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs), and security models.

Experience with HRIS integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

Knowledge of HR process automation, employee experience optimization, and case/lifecycle event workflows.
