Job
Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead the
architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring
they align with business goals and IT strategies.

Collaborate with
business stakeholders to gather requirements and create tailored
ServiceNow solutions.

Develop and
implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for ServiceNow
development and configuration.

Oversee and
manage the configuration of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM,
and HRSD.

Lead
integrations between ServiceNow and other business systems (e.g., LDAP,
Active Directory, third-party applications).

Provide
technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and
administrators.

Ensure
ServiceNow platform performance, scalability, and security.

Troubleshoot and
resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Stay updated
with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, recommending
upgrades and new tools when appropriate.

Develop and
maintain technical documentation for the ServiceNow environment.

Skills
& Experience:

Extensive
experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and
HRSD modules.

Strong knowledge
of ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts,
and UI Actions).

Proficiency in
ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.).

Experience with
ServiceNow platform security, permissions, and role-based access control.

Solid
understanding of ITIL and best practices in IT service management.

Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical
issues.

Excellent
communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technical
teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified
Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred.

5+ years of
experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.

Proven
experience leading ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
