Job Title: Regional Technical Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst to handle project-based IT work across a broad range of technologies, including network equipment, servers, personal computers, and related software products. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support, collaborate with Service Desk teams, and oversee technical project implementations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues, managing incidents, and providing training to end-users, all while adhering to organizational standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage a broad range of IT equipment, including network equipment, servers, terminals, personal computers, cabling, and related software.

Provide advanced, hands-on technical support for incidents escalated from the Service Desk.

Log and track incidents and requests, review and escalate incidents when necessary.

Investigate hardware problems and perform minor system hardware repairs, including communication connection repairs.

Act as the facility lead on technical project implementations, including coordinating infrastructure needs for new construction or real estate moves.

Participate in meetings, committees, and continuing education efforts to improve individual, departmental, and organizational performance.

Train users on the proper use of technology and provide hands-on support as required.

Mentor and collaborate with other Technical Analysts and GTS team members.

Participate in IT project planning and budgeting for facility-based IT projects.

Collaborate effectively with regional and other GTS personnel to meet division priorities and standards.

Adhere to and support GTS standards, policies, and procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills & Experience:

6-8 years of experience in IT support or technical analysis.

Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Autopilot.

Expertise in Microsoft 365 Suite, including administrative and support functions.

Familiarity with Jabber and Citrix administration.

Solid knowledge of networking (wired and wireless) technologies.

Experience working with HP laptops and docking stations.

Experience with Office 365 Administration and Citrix Administration.
Desirable Skills:

Executive presence and excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with both associate-level and executive-level stakeholders.

Strong understanding of technology solutions and proactive resource management.

Ability to effectively manage priorities and workloads and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Strong analytical, math, and reasoning skills.

Customer-oriented with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent service.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to provide onsite technology support for projects and IT implementations.

Ability to drive to assigned sites to complete on-location tasks and support.
