Other state's will be considered in the Justice System. This is mandatory. Candidates that do not have Justice systems experience will not be considered. Resumes will be reviewed on Monday and Tuesday of next week. Candidates will have Department of Justice project experience on large-scale projects, or other public agency experience like DOJ -such as Corrections, Courts, or Prison systems. Candidates will have at least 12-15 years of experience performing in a senior business analyst role in the following key areas and tasks: Business Process Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Requirement Gathering and Documentation Management: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, concise, and functional requirements. Must have experience with R4J (Requirements for JIRA) and Atlassian JIRA Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and recommend solutions to address identified business problems, including process improvements, technology enhancements, or new system implementations. Project Management: Lead and manage business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment of project goals. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and improve performance. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure team success. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Education It is preferred to have a degree in a related field of study. Certification It is preferred that candidates are CBAP certified or PMI-PBA certified.
