The ideal candidate will have solid experience in GitHub administration and will be responsible for managing repositories, permissions, integrations, and workflows. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the integrity of the GitHub environment and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain GitHub repositories, including setting up, configuring, and ensuring proper access and permissions. Monitor and manage GitHub workflows to ensure efficient and secure processes. Ensure that GitHub is integrated with other tools and services, such as CI/CD pipelines and project management tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to repository access, performance, and security. Collaborate with development teams to define GitHub usage guidelines and best practices. Implement and enforce policies for security, access control, and backup of repositories. Manage and maintain GitHub integrations with other tools, particularly AWS Mobile Hub and AWS Mobile Services. Competencies: AWS Mobile Hub & AWS Mobile Services knowledge. Experience with GitHub administration, including repositories, permissions, and workflows. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a collaborative team environment. Experience (Years): 4-6 years of relevant experience in GitHub administration. Essential Skills: Proven experience in GitHub administration. Familiarity with GitHub features such as repositories, teams, branches, and workflows. Solid understanding of AWS Mobile Hub and AWS Mobile Services. Desirable Skills: Expertise in GitHub administration is essential, with a focus on repository management, permissions, and integrations.
