Duration : 6+ Month Job description As an Application Developer, will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. Develop and implement software solutions using the Uniface programming language. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing. Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing appropriate measures. Document technical specifications and user manuals for reference purposes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: Proficiency in Uniface. Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Good To Have Skills:Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Experience in integrating applications with third-party APIs. Understanding of software testing principles and techniques. Additional Information This is a hybrid role in Cleveland, Ohio, 3 days a week.
