Experience in biofuels compliance, with expertise in RFS and state fuel programs (LCFS, CFP, CFS). In-depth knowledge of EPA regulations, RIN markets, LCFS credits, and fuel pathway certification processes. Strong analytical skills with experience in regulatory reporting and data management. Familiarity with biofuel feedstocks, production pathways, and life-cycle emissions analysis. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with regulators and industry stakeholders. Proficiency in compliance software and data management tools. Experience working with biofuel producers, traders, or obligated parties. Knowledge of voluntary carbon markets and sustainability reporting. Certification in regulatory compliance or environmental law . Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
