Please find the below job description and share your updated resume if you are interested Role- (QA )Eggplant Tester (Healthcare) Position is Remote Duration- Long term 2 Positions As an Automation Test Engineer, you will develop and maintain test scripts and tools using Eggplant DAI Test Suite and ensure high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality software products by utilizing Eggplant Functional and DAI Test Suite. Responsibilities: Develop and execute automated test scripts using Eggplant tools. Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to understand testing requirements. Analyze test results and report defects to the development team. Maintain and update existing test scripts to ensure compatibility with new software versions. Document testing processes, results, and any issues encountered. Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments. Stay updated on the latest testing tools and methodologies. Requirements: Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Familiarity with automation tools, especially Eggplant. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills to report findings effectively. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts using Eggplant Functional and related tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to define testing strategies and requirements. Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide clear documentation for developers to resolve issues promptly. Design and implement robust test frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Mentor junior QA team members, sharing best practices and providing technical guidance on Eggplant testing methodologies. Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation testing and identify opportunities to improve testing processes and tools. Perform root cause analysis of testing failures and provide actionable recommendations to improve software quality. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing. Proven expertise in using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant DAI Test Suite for designing and executing automated tests. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) used for automation. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
