Title: Functional Business Lead Location: Detroit, MI (Need Local ) Green Card and US Citizen only Description: The functional lead ensures that the desired functional requirements of the track are in compliance with the overall Solution Design and FRs. The primary responsibilities include Lead the discovery, standardization, and documentation of Work Scheduling, Optimization and Dispatch, and Field Data Capture processes for different Business Units at DTE using IFS MWM/PSO and other incumbent tools/technologies. This includes Lead the workshop material creation process for all process/functional meetings. Conduct functional meetings to understand BU specific process. Drive discussions towards process standardization and functional KDDs resolution. Wherever applicable from IFS MWM/PSO perspective, Document BPMN compliant process diagrams to reflect roles and applications serving the processes/sub-processes. Identify risks and assumptions associated with the functional elements of the solution. Document and Review Functional Requirements Perform the fit-gap analysis from baseline to IFS MWM/PSO and subsequent KDDs around gaps through process realignment or customizations. Assist with confirming the functional WRICEF inventory of IFS MWM/PSO features. Assist with creating the IFS release and rollout plan with different business groups. Assist with the creation of the Solution Design Document (SDD) Supervise the functional team. Identify and address application and data issues that affect application integrity. Participate in quality management reviews, ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements. Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs. Share functional information with the other team members (e.g., change enablement, integrations, conversions, etc.) and ensure they have the information they need to successfully complete their work. Provide status to project management regarding the process area. Work with the integration team, functional team, and developers to design the integration solution. Lead the Iterative Design & Build phase to make sure all functional decisions comply with principles laid out during Solutioning Phase. This includes Assisting with defining the IFS feature dependency to lay down iteration dependencies and feature implementation plan Conduct detailed workshops, including show-and-tell sessions to assist business users provide inputs for FRs. Create and Review the Functional design documents Assist the team with IFS MWM/PSO specific questions with overall product expertise, including configuration and integration needs. Lead the integration needs with functional data needs to support the business processes. Liaise with Client Functional Leads to manage functional dependencies Lead the track validation phases to ensure that IFS MWM/PSO implementation meets the desired FRs. This includes Environment Data preparation Test planning and preparation Test Execution and Defect Triaging Supporting UAT Supporting Performance and ORT Assist the IFS Release and rollout for different business units. This includes Environment Data preparation Phased rollout plan License planning BAU plan DR plan Experience Required: 1. UAT User Acceptance Testing experience 2. Functional design documents experience 3.
