Looking Onsite || Rapid Response, Kinaxis, Supply Chain || Boise, ID (Onsite) || TCS 5-6 years in a Business or equivalent IT functional role, preferably in Supply Chain Sales & Operations or Business Planning (S&OP). 2-3 years using Kinaxis RapidResponse, namely in Authoring, Analytics, and Scripting Experience in a manufacturing company, with a preference to the high-tech or semiconductor industry. Experience working with Cloud/SaaS applications. Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirements definition/process/design, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user testing, user training, and eventual deployment (software release). Understanding of how to perform software system modifications whether break/fix, enhancements, or implementation of new functionality. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology and practices, preferably in a software release planning & execution environment. Ability to perform in-depth systems design reviews and provide refined functional and/or technical specifications for modification work, resolve break/fix issues, system enhancements, or new (functional) implementations. Effective interpersonal skills to maintain productive relationships with business leaders and users/staff who use the RapidResponse system. Strategic and analytical thinker. Problem solver, timely decision maker. Capability to operate in a fast-paced and complex industry. Strong presentation and communication skills - oral and written.
