This role will work hand in hand with the product team, sales team, and business team to complete operational planning deliverables, manage headcount and OpEx budgets, track progress for strategic goals and initiatives, execute clear financial reporting, and communicate results across the organization. We strive to drive standardization and centralization across our global sales teams and expanding suite of products while also enabling customization where needed. Job Responsibilities: Employ strong communication and organizational skills which allow the candidate to effectively prioritize and complete deliverables on time Demonstrate firm understanding and experience with P&L management Analyse rich data sets to provide tangible insights that influence real-time decision making Drive consolidation, standardization, and process improvement for global reporting mechanisms Help with headcount reporting, support goals process (strategic initiative process where they set goals at beginning of year and there is a monthly report on where it is progressing, what is being done to keep going, what is missing, where they are doing well, etc.) Help support structural mechanisms to help keep the global ad sales team aligned with metrics they are seeing (KPIs/trends) May help with second half planning cycle for the operational plan of the business Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science) 3+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience 2+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong communication skills Attention to detail and a very strong executer Experience with cube engine tools (e.g. TM1, Cognos or Essbase), SQL and Data warehouse Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment The ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives Keywords: active directory information technology microsoft New York Job Title: Financial Analyst ||| Site Type: New York, NY (Onsite) ||| Visa : GC USC [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2299275&uid= |
