Position: Revenue Cycle Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Visa: USC/EAD/GC Interview: VIDEO Job Description: A skilled and experienced consultant to provide ongoing support and configuration expertise for the Sunrise Financial Manager (SFM) system. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of billing workflows, managing claims processes, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will bring understanding of SFM functionality and configuration with a proactive approach to system maintenance and optimization. The role involves providing expert-level support and configuration of the Sunrise Financial Manager (SFM) application, while maintaining and enhancing billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement processes within SFM. The individual will collaborate with third-party vendors to manage system integrations and data exchanges, monitor, and implement quarterly regulatory updates, and oversee state-level reporting requirements. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and resolve SFM-related issues promptly, analyze existing workflows to recommend optimizations for improved system performance and accuracy, and provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams as needed.
