Prefer consultants with domain experience in production and quality Management, Must have thorough understanding of discrete and continuous manufacturing processes, capacity planning, material requirements planning, Stock requirement list, production order execution, shop floor controls. Must have excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills and provide architectural guidance for implementation of fixes and corrective actions based on detailed RCA Develop and refine best practices for the Basis Administration group, leading team through continuous improvement. MUST have good experience working with Sales and Production plans, Long term planning, demand management, MRP (material requirements planning) Capacity Planning, Production Orders and KANBAN. Should have good working knowledge on Variant configuration, various material types including KMAT for variant configuration scenarios, defined Class for required variants with pricing, defined object dependencies (OD) and maintained Super BOM and Super Routing and work centres. Able to configure and create Master Data including Routing, Bills of material, and Production resources/tools MUST have strong knowledge of Quality Management processes and techniques - Planning, Notifications, Inspection & recording.
