The Principal Business Analyst will collaborate across functions to improve IT processes and enhance customer service quality. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Masters degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support, or equivalent as a super user. Project Management: Proficiency in project management techniques with experience leading cross-functional projects. Technical Expertise: Strong background in business operations and workflow systems. Experience designing and documenting business and system process flows. Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server databases, including tools like SQL Developer. Experience integrating internal and external applications, including cloud-based solutions. Preferred experience with Salesforce. Industry Experience: Telecommunications tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate experience preferred.
