SAP Change Management Consultant ( Important Position )

Location - Newark, NJ

Our client is in the Tax and Audit Professional Services Industry

HAVE ATLEAST 1 -2 PROJECT OF SAME CLIENT'S DOMAIN. 

Must have -

The client is implementing S/4 Public Cloud Professional Services solution.  This is a domestic only client $1B in annual revenue.  Role report directly to the overall leader of the OCM program. They have SIT going on now for the main group of users (around 1,000) with Go Live scheduled for September Training sessions planned for that group over the summer.  There is a series of additional acquired businesses that will roll on to the solution in waves beginning in the fall of 25 through 26.  These resources will be needed for at least the next 12 months.  Ideally based in northern Jersey/NY area with willingness to come in the office 2 days a week and travel as needed to key client sites plus expense when necessary.

Need Local to - 

Travel: Willingess and ability to work in office 2-3 days a week and travel on behalf of the client to regional offices as required. Edtimated 30% Travel.

Our client is seeking multiple Change Management consultants to provide support for a multi phase SAP S/4 Public Cloud program. The client is a professional services firm with offices across the US. This solution will provide a new financial reporting, billing and expense management platform for multiple acquired business entities over the next 12 months. 

Key Responsibilities for the OCM consultants will include:

Change Management Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, training programs, and workforce transition plans.

Change Readiness Assessments:

Conduct readiness assessments to identify potential risks and areas of resistance to change, and develop mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support for the change, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Training and Communication:

Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to use the new SAP system, and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.

Resistance Management:

Identify and address resistance to change, using various techniques to gain buy-in and support for the new processes and technologies.

Change Impact Assessment:

Evaluate the impact of change on different departments and roles, and develop plans to mitigate negative impacts.

Change Effectiveness Measurement:

Track the success of change management efforts by monitoring key metrics, such as employee adoption, proficiency, and satisfaction.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project management, business stakeholders, and other team members to ensure the SAP implementation is successful. 

OCM Methodology:

Apply structured change management methodologies and organizational development principles to ensure a systematic and effective approach to change. 

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

SAP Knowledge: Understanding of SAP systems, modules, and processes. SAP program experience is required. 

Industry Knowledge: Experience working with clients in the consilting or professional services industry highly desired

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Travel: Willingess and ability to work in office 2-3 days a week and travel on behalf of the client to regional offices as required. Edtimated 30% Travel.
