The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Develop end-to-end architectures for applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices to maintain high-quality standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks for Power Platform solutions, ensuring adherence to security, data management, and compliance standards. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with advancements in Power Platform technologies and proactively recommend new features or enhancements to improve solutions and processes. Qualifications: Experience: Typically, 8+ years in software development or architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related Microsoft 365 services. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Power Platform components and their integration with services like SharePoint and Azure. Experience with Dynamics 365 integration is a plus. Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing project technical workstreams. Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable, such as PL-600 (Solution Architect Expert), with additional certifications like PL-400 (Developer Associate) and PL-200 (Functional Consultant) being advantageous.
