The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tableau administration and development, ensuring secure and efficient access for a diverse set of users. This role involves analyzing business objectives, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing data visualization processes. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Tableau Online SaaS, including user permissions, security controls, and system configurations. Collaborate with business users to analyze operational procedures, identify system improvements, and automate processes where applicable. Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business requirements. Perform cost/benefit analyses of potential system enhancements and alternative solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud/Enterprise offerings. Ensure data security between user groups and external stakeholders. Work with data sources and databases, applying data manipulation and cleaning techniques for enhanced performance. Document system capabilities, user requirements, and program functionalities. Required Qualifications & Experience: 12+ overall experience with 8+ years of experience in Tableau Administration and developing reports/dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. 5+ years of expertise in data management and database concepts. 5+ years of experience with data manipulation and cleaning techniques. 5+ years of troubleshooting Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud/Enterprise. 4+ years of proficiency in user administration and permissions management. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Tableau Server or Tableau Online Administrator. 2+ years of experience in developing dashboards and reports in Tableau. 2+ years of preferred experience in Power BI administration. 1+ year of strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and business intelligence. Experience working in an enterprise-level environment with multiple stakeholders.
