Job Title: Critical Incident Management Specialist 
Location-LA(CA) 
Exp: 9+

Experience Requirements: 
7+ years of experience in Critical Incident Management. 
5 years of experience in ITIL Event Management. 
Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Major Incident, and Event Management). 
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) with practical experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ITIL process improvements. 

Educational Background: 
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a similar technical field from an accredited institution required. 
In lieu of a Bachelors degree, a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience is required. 

Professional Certification: 
ITIL v3 Foundation or higher certification required. 

Professional Licenses: 
[Indicate any required or preferred professional licenses]. 

Knowledge Requirements: 

Strong knowledge of: 
Major ITSM processes, including Critical Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, and Request Management. 
Current business practices and computing systems, IT development methodologies, and IT operations. 
Program and project management, planning, and process mapping. 

Understanding of: 
Healthcare industry challenges, information systems, and management issues. 
Business strategy conceptualization while aligning IT systems with organizational goals. 

Skills & Competencies: 
Highly tenacious with strong stress resistance. 
Strong problem-solving abilities using logical methods and tools. 
Ability to coordinate and drive conference calls effectively. 
Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
Basic project and problem management skills. 
Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and correct errors. 
Ability to troubleshoot problems and collaborate with various teams for solutions. 
Multi-tasking capabilities, managing multiple events simultaneously. 
Proven ability to analyze and report on complex data and metrics. 
Adherence to processes and procedures. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas diplomatically across all organizational levels. 
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
