This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Proofpoint and other security tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and continuously improve cybersecurity policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Lead incident response efforts to identify, investigate, and mitigate security threats. Manage vulnerability assessments and oversee remediation efforts to strengthen security posture. Conduct security awareness training, including new hire orientation and quarterly phishing tests using Proofpoint. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and business teams to implement security best practices. Monitor, analyze, and improve cybersecurity policies to ensure ongoing protection against evolving threats. Qualifications & Skills: 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, specializing in incident response, vulnerability management, and security education. Hands-on experience with Proofpoint and other security tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent communication skills to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
