Work Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in AS/400 development. Proficiency in RPGLE (Free & Fixed format), CL, and SQL/DB2. Experience with DB2 database design, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Strong understanding of AS/400 system administration, security, and file management. Familiarity with tools such as RDi (Rational Developer for i) and TurnOver for change management. Experience with API development and integration using AS/400. Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects. Role: Java technical lead 12+ years Experience Mandatory. Work Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Mandatory skills: 10+ years of Java, Spring boot, AWS experience Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Java development and software engineering. Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security), Hibernate, and Microservices architecture. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and version control (Git, Bitbucket). Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
