looking for someone who can jump in and help assess current Business Central opportunities and translate them into revenue generating clients.This is listed as an Architect, but will be more of a Pre-Sales Consultant/Expertise.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to design and implement innovative ERP solutions tailored to client business processes. The ideal candidate will focus on leveraging Business Central to optimize financial management, supply chain operations, and other key business functions. This role requires a strong understanding of Business Central capabilities, business process mapping, and system integration to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Architecture:
o Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to address complex business challenges.
o Develop scalable system architectures that ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
o Map functional requirements to technical designs and implementation plans.
2. Implementation and Configuration:
o Customize and configure Business Central to meet client-specific needs, including workflows, reports, and extensions.
o Oversee integrations with other business systems, such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications.
o Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and consistency during system transitions.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions accordingly.
o Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
o Provide technical guidance to developers and consultants working on Business Central projects.
4. Innovation and Best Practices:
o Stay updated on the latest Business Central updates, tools, and industry best practices.
o Identify opportunities to enhance client solutions using new features and technologies.
o Define and promote standards for solution design and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
o 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (Navision).
o Proven track record of designing and implementing ERP solutions in various industries.
Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in configuring and customizing Business Central, including AL development.
o Experience integrating Business Central with other systems using APIs, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), or middleware.
o Strong understanding of data migration tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Leadership and mentorship experience within project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced Business Central modules, such as Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Service Management.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (e.g., Business Central Functional Consultant Associate).
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud integration strategies.
Experience with other Dynamics products such as Sales, Customer Service and Field Service.
