This position requires US Citizenship due to project requirements. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions on the AWS platform. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities: AWS Architecture and Design: Design and implement secure and scalable AWS cloud architectures. Select and implement appropriate AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB). Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation. Ensure compliance with AWS best practices and security standards. Cloud Operations: Provision, configure, and manage AWS resources. Monitor cloud resources for performance and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues. Implement and maintain cloud security controls. DevOps Practices: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Integrate cloud infrastructure with development and operations workflows. Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices within the AWS environment. Ensure compliance with relevant industry and government regulations. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams. Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely. Participate in project planning and design reviews. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. Strong understanding of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS). Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. US Citizenship is required.
