Configure and customize CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service). Develop and implement custom workflows, reports, and dashboards. Integrate CRM with other business systems. Provide support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues. Conduct user training and ensure CRM adoption across the organization. Skills & Experience: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Functional and Technical). Strong understanding of CRM business processes. Ability to customize CRM, develop custom workflows, and integrate systems. Experience with CRM data management and migration. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred).
