The primary focus will be troubleshooting and resolving an issue where Roth contributions are doubling percentages upon hiring. The consultant will be responsible for coding, sample testing in the test environment, and successfully implementing fixes into the UKG Pro system. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and troubleshoot 403B and Roth contribution issues within UKG Pro. - Implement coding fixes and perform sample checks in the test environment. - Ensure successful migration of fixes from the test environment to the live UKG Pro system. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions. - Maintain documentation of fixes and processes for future reference. Qualifications: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro Benefits (specifically 403B and Roth). - Strong knowledge of test environments and system implementation. - Proven experience with coding, testing, and troubleshooting within UKG Pro. - Ability to work independently and provide solutions efficiently. - Strong communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations.
