This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel for team meetings, workshops, or client engagements. About the Role: As an Oracle Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and customizations for our client's Oracle HCM Payroll system. You will leverage your expertise in OIC and Pass to build robust and efficient solutions that meet their business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and IT, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Payroll and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Develop custom solutions using Payroll Application Services (Pass) to extend and enhance Oracle HCM Payroll functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and application issues in a timely manner. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Document technical designs, development processes, and test results. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Participate in occasional travel for team meetings, workshops, or client engagements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum [Number] years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll development. Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development, including designing and building integrations using various adapters and services. Proven experience in Payroll Application Services (Pass) development, including creating custom components and extensions. Solid understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll data model and business processes. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with web services (REST, SOAP). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively. Ability to travel occasionally. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). Experience with Oracle SOA Suite. Experience with other Oracle HCM modules.
