Develop and execute project plans ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SAP CRM implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SAP CRM solutions with other enterprise systems. Monitor and troubleshoot SAP CRM system performance providing proactive solutions to enhance system efficiency. Train and mentor client teams on SAP CRM functionalities ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption. Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM developments and industry trends incorporating new features and best practices into client solutions. Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements present solutions and obtain feedback. Prepare comprehensive documentation for SAP CRM implementations including technical specifications user guides and training materials. Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations to potential clients.
