Role: OneMain Financial (OMF) is currently looking for a Manager to join our growing Customer Marketing Technology or MarTech team. This person must be aware of email campaign processes and tactics, and familiar with a financial services execution model. They will be responsible for supporting Marketing and Business partners as they create and manage marketing campaigns providing key linkages to technology team members and enabling day-to-day campaign development task. They will be a key contributor to the deployment and optimization of OneMains investment in marketing automation platform and other related capabilities under development. This role is highly collaborative and involves working with cross- functional teams across marketing, analytics, operations, and digital to support business partners as they execute campaign strategies that deliver key outcomes for the company. Responsibilities The MarTech team is responsible for developing and executing technologies which deliver messages to Customers and Prospects, including email, SMS Text, Push and paper-based channels. The organization is deploying new capabilities and building out critical infrastructure to enhance our current Customer Journey capabilities. This role will be responsible for assisting OneMain business partners in the following areas of campaign development: Assist users of the Communications platform with the use of data sources, execution of batch and trigger-based campaign requests. Assist business platform users with building and modification of email creatives and content, including leveraging static and dynamic content. Assist business platform users with the development and execution of campaign workflow which includes staging and sequencing of campaign messaging. One Main Financial: Adobe Campaign Communication Manager 100% remote out of Baltimore, MD Work with stakeholders to document a deployment readiness checklist, and act as the principal lead on insuring configurations have been tested and validated prior to campaign launch. Provide post implementation support and consultation as needed Act as the first point of contact for user requests for help and escalation of new technology or capability requests, and any bug-fix issues. Assist the VP/Director of Campaign Management in the execution of routines and processes associated with the Campaign portfolio. Collaborate with cross functional teams which often includes marketing, technology, design, and other business unit subject matter experts. Establish standards for performance, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency. Ensures standards are met or exceeded by interpreting and synthesizing complex metrics against key performance indicators. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of marketing campaigns lifecycle or digital marketing experience Proven experience with campaign deployment and day-to-day user support Ability to understand the company business strategy and support through marketing initiatives Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with all levels of management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience with JIRA, Confluence and defect tracking tools. Preferred: Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Adobe Campaign/Unica/Salesforce/ Eloqua or other similar campaign platforms. Data management experience (SQL, AWS, REST API, JSON) Financial services marketing campaign experience desired.
