Additional responsibilities include managing Intune, Active Directory, LDAP, VIS, and other third-party software. The role also involves SCCM and Intune for client systems management. Skills Required Experience with SCCM and Intune for deploying and managing client systems. Troubleshoot Microsoft products, including WSUS, Group Policy, Windows OS, and Windows Servicing. Support Microsoft 365 operations, including E-mail, E-Discovery, and Content Search. Provide technical support for escalated incidents and identity management issues. Assist in the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 solutions. Proficient in F5 and VxRail configuration and troubleshooting. Assist with policy and configuration management in Microsoft portals. Skills Preferred Experience with Hybrid Office 365 deployments and ADConnect. Knowledge of Power scripts for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Familiarity with DNS, Email Gateway, and various technical platforms. Experience Required 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration. Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 products. Education Required Bachelors degree in information systems or equivalent experience.
