Title: Qgenda Consultant Location: Remote Notes: QGenda Consultant, you will play a crucial role in configuring QGenda solutions based on customer requirements, leading implementation and training calls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer goals. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful onboarding of clients. Key Responsibilities: Configure QGenda solutions using customer requirements and best practices. Lead (or has led) implementation and training calls with customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals are met. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase. Ensure constant communication with project team members throughout the implementation process. Establish a strong foundation for future customer success. Use established best practices to address targeted business outcomes. Transfer configuration knowledge to the Customer Success organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of experience in software implementation or consulting. Strong understanding of healthcare workforce management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
