Skills: E2E, Pharmacy, Claims, PBM, Caremark As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Functional Tester with expertise in the pharmacy domain to ensure the quality, accuracy, and performance of pharmacy management systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing within pharmacy workflows, including prescription processing, claims adjudication, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications related to pharmacy management systems. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the end-to-end workflows across pharmacy applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for pharmacy applications and healthcare interfaces. Validate electronic prescription processing (eRx), drug dispensing, claims adjudication, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), and other regulatory standards. Execute data validation and reconciliation between upstream and downstream pharmacy systems. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure thorough testing coverage. Report and track defects using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect management tools. Perform API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or REST Assured for pharmacy-related integrations. Knowledge of automation testing using Selenium with Java or Python Participate in agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups). Required Skills: Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, prescription life cycles, and drug utilization review (DUR). Experience with claims adjudication, formulary validation, and prior authorization processes. Proficiency in SQL for validating pharmacy-related data in databases. Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and HL7/FHIR validation. Hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless pharmacy system operations.
