Define proposal requirements Prepare solicitation of subcontractors for bid proposals Prepare cost projections and project reports monthly Track, price, and negotiate change orders and cost charges Adhere to project scheduling Continually grow with the industry as building systems, materials and methods innovate Use software tools to aid in estimates and budgets Work directly with clients to define program requirements Profile Qualified Commercial Construction Project Manager Candidate will have the following: 4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing projects ranging from $5-30M+ in value Thorough understanding of trade agreements, jurisdiction and negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules and safety requirements.
