Detail oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our products, particularly within Oracle HCM applications. This role involves testing, analyzing, and reporting on software functionality to help deliver high-quality solutions. Execute test plans and test cases for Oracle HCM applications. Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback. Conduct regression testing, conduct and coordinate quarterly Oracle upgrade testing and assist in the development of automated test scripts. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on findings. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes. Additional responsibilities as identified. What youll need Minimum five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing highly preferred. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education. Familiarity with QA methodologies and testing tools. Basic knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium). Basic Knowledge of HR processes will be a plus Understanding of Oracle or other HCM applications and their functionalities. Ability to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into test cases. Excellent documentation skills to document test strategies and be able to present them to obtain sign-offs Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must work full-time and primarily out of the Southfield, MI, or Dallas, TX office.
