Location: Phoenix, AZ ( Need Local Candidate Only with active DL ) MOI : The client requires an in-person interview in Phoenix, AZ *** MUST have LinkedIn , VISA copy , DL along with submission *** Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate UI Engineer with strong React experience to build modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications for the Banking Domain. You will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences while ensuring compliance with banking standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive, dynamic web applications using React.js and related technologies. Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to build high-quality, scalable user interfaces. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and performance. Implement reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Integrate with APIs and backend services, ensuring seamless data flow and performance. Work closely with QA and testing teams to ensure high-quality code and robust applications. Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices. Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and following best practices. Ensure compliance with banking standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, usability, and functionality. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required). 3+ years of professional experience in UI development with React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries (like Redux or MobX). Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working in the Banking Domain or on financial applications. Familiarity with security practices and compliance standards in banking applications. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design frameworks. Familiarity with build and automation tools like Webpack or Babel. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
