Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the Institutes operating environment. Maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring the operating environments; responding to incidents, problems and planning for growth. Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the data center. Deploy the release of new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and perform testing of PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Skills 5-10 years relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period) with at least 2 years on-site in similar technology and domain - Min Education - Bachelors degree in technology Desired Skills Configure, maintain and imize all data center version of Atlassian Tools including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket and Crowd Design and implement workflows, issue types, fields, permissions and automation rules. Manage Jira user roles, groups and access control, ensuring compliance with company policies Develop and maintain custom scripts for maintenance and cleanup automation Troubleshoot and imize all Atlassian tools.
