Elicit business system requirements using methods such as analyzing current processes, interviewing users, conducting group meetings, and reviewing/analyzing existing documentation or system artifacts. Document and analyze as is and to be business processes. Develop or maintain high-level and detailed system requirements in the form of clear business requirements documents, context diagrams, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and use cases. Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases. Develop or maintain user acceptance testing plans and help desk support guides. Develop detailed functional and system tests from documented system requirements. Ensure appropriate test coverage by mapping system requirements to test cases. Develop or contribute to the development of regression tests and/or user acceptance tests. Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests. Participate in user acceptance testing. Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required. Identify and document deficiencies in system documentation identified during the testing process. Required Skills: 60 months of experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements. 60 months of experience developing high-level business requirements and process documentation. 60 months of experience creating detailed functional requirements, use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries. 60 months of experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests including regression tests. 60 months of experience identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required.
