Key Responsibilities : Responsible for installation, configuration, customization of ServiceNow GRC Platform. Integration of ServiceNow GRC with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms Responsible for creating data upload/ mail merge templates for automated data feeds Participate in work flow analysis and work flow redesign Produce a detailed technical design document and effort estimation for Proposal to match Technical Experience : Strong knowledge of ServiceNow GRC with experience of minimum 10 years in GRC. Ability to interact with client, understand implementation/enhance requirements, support implementation of ServiceNow GRC IRM workflow knowledge for Policy & Compliance management including OOB forms, reports, notifications etc. Technical Lead with good knowledge of ServiceNow IRM Module including configuration, customization and solution designing Professional Attributes: Working in a team and individual capacity Interaction with client for requirements gathering and discussions Good knowledge of ServiceNow GRC architecture, technical requirements and implementation.
