Understand interface/ integration technologies and a good understanding of customers needs so they can be translated into requirements. Skill set required: Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies. Overall 10+ years of experience and exposure of digital process automation. Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse target audiences. End to end project experience. Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and motivational skills. Job Description: Pharma/ Life Science experience in recent work history. Experience implementing Data warehousing solutions and tools. Deep knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift and Reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MSTR) and Analytical tools (R, SQL, Python, modeling tools, etc). Consultancy on solution architecture and to advise on migration plans for the new DataLake (Data warehousing solution) for Commercial, Medical and Patient Data. Understanding of Pharmaceutical data domain, analytics and reporting. Represent Information Management US business needs, use cases and collaborate with global IT, and Product owners on feasibility, migration plans and timelines. Knowledge of Data quality tools (Atacama or equivalent). Evaluate different tools and create feasibility/benefit analysis by creating diagrams, and presentations for decision makers. Ability to present materials in a clear and concise manner. ***************************************************************************************************************************** Role: SAP Supply Chain Data Integration & Advisory Specialist Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Advisory Specialist to support a high-priority pilot with an AI-based demand forecasting and supply chain intelligence partner. This role blends strategic advisory with technical executionenabling both a deeper understanding of Clients complex SAP environment and the hands-on facilitation of accurate, secure data integration. This individual will guide our external partner on what questions to ask, help them interpret Client's supply chain data structures, and also support or directly execute data access and transfer tasks. Beyond the pilot, this person may also contribute to internal operational improvement initiatives that depend on SAP data visibility and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Serve as both an advisor and executor, helping the AI partner understand Clients SAP data landscape and facilitating data integration efforts. Identify and extract relevant data from SAP (ECC 618) modules MM, PP, SD with Automotive Background (Schedules and JIT) and Clients data warehouse, working closely with internal IT. Collaborate with Clients IT to establish secure access pathways, such as read-only SAP frontend access or controlled warehouse queries. Help define and validate data requests from the AI partner - ensuring technical accuracy and business relevance. Translate between business requirements and SAP data structures, supporting both model development and output validation. Troubleshoot data integrity and availability issues, providing guidance or hands-on support as needed. Participate in the design of scalable, reusable data processes to support broader rollout or additional integration. Contribute to internal operational improvement projects where SAP data or system knowledge is required. Help document and improve data governance protocols and system access standards. Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Demonstrated ability to extract, interpret, and work with SAP data - including BOMs, inventory, demand, and shipment flows. Familiarity with Automotive demand forecasting, demand planning, Schedules, JIT or customer-driven production models. Experience working with data warehouses and writing or refining queries for large datasets. Ability to bridge technical and nontechnical teams - translating SAP structures into real-world business understanding. Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to coordinate across IT, operations, and external partner teams. Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Availability to support the project fulltime during the pilot phase, with flexibility for expanded involvement over time. Preferred: Experience in wire harness manufacturing or with highly complex, frequently changing BOM structures.
