The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and multi-cloud migrations. This role requires close collaboration with platform engineering, product engineering, and security teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & Migration: Design and implement cloud-native and cloud-ready solutions across production, SAT, QA, and development environments. Lead migration efforts from on-premises infrastructure to multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI). Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions, automating application deployment and cloud resource management. Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy and manage production workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, and other containerization tools. Continuous Integration & Deployment: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar. Collaboration & Risk Management: Work with service teams, security teams, architects, and product engineers to assess and mitigate risks. Communicate risk assessments and technical recommendations to senior management. Cloud Governance & Best Practices: Establish cloud governance frameworks aligned with industry standards, ensuring security, compliance, and cost efficiency. Financial & Strategic Planning: Provide financial analysis for cloud technology decisions, optimize cloud resource consumption, and develop partnerships with strategic vendors. Agile & DevOps Advocacy: Promote Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance software development and deployment processes. Required Qualifications Proven experience in cloud architecture and operations in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, OpenStack, CloudFoundry, etc.). Hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and IaC (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Strong background in migrating applications from on-premises to multi-cloud environments. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.). Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, JavaScript, or similar languages. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Preferred: Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
