Review, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents associated with Hyatts Identity Platform. Identify, track, and resolve problems associated with identity incidents. Onboard applications into Hyatts Identity Platform, including setting up apps in Omada and Entra ID. Assist in the implementation of role-based access controls. Write technical documentation for Hyatts Global Technical Support Team. Support Hyatts Sr. Engineers and Architects in limited project work. Monitor Hyatts Identity Platform health. Preferred Qualifications: Hotel experience is much preferred.
